Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such Toast Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Handle cash, credit card transactions, and process payments efficiently with POS systems including OpenTable integration Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards are maintained at all times Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction Support kitchen staff with basic food prep when needed, demonstrating culinary awareness and teamwork Skills Proficiency with POS systems such as Toast and OpenTable for seamless order processing and cashiering Strong customer service skills with experience in food service or restaurant environments Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts in fine dining or nightclub settings Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining guest satisfaction Previous experience in serving, bussing, or host/hostess roles preferred but not required Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy Familiarity with food industry standards including food preparation, hospitality principles, and guest relations Embark on a rewarding journey in the hospitality industry by joining us as a Server/Cashier.
