What you’ll do Greet and seat guests warmly, providing them with menus and information about daily specials. Take accurate food and drink orders using Restaurant Manager POS system to ensure seamless service. Deliver food and beverages promptly, ensuring that all items meet our high standards of quality and presentation. Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals while adhering to food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and ensuring sanitation protocols are followed. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as needed. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly, ensuring a positive dining experience from start to finish. Basic qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is required. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently in a busy setting. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Must arrive at 10 a.m. on Monday-Friday; 10:30 a.m. on Saturday-Sunday. Preferred qualifications Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately are essential.
