Clubhouse Support: Assist with food service in the bar area, take reservations, and occasionally support high-volume private events. garnishes, restocking inventory, and ensuring all glassware and silverware is identification and monitoring for signs of intoxication. club/restaurant environment preferred Must have food and beverage/a la carte and banquet experience Participates in pre-shift meetings and taste tests. Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages in the state of Ohio. ServSafe Certified (Food Handler & Alcohol) or TIPS equivalent.
