About Us Da Francesco's is a family-owned, award-winning Italian ristorante and bar serving authentic cuisine in an upscale, welcoming atmosphere.Known for exceptional service and quality, we pride ourselves on creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.We're currently seeking professional, friendly, and motivated servers to join our front-of-house team.Responsibilities:Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service to all guests Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations Take and enter orders accurately and efficiently using POS system Ensure proper food and beverage delivery to guests in a timely manner Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally Follow all food safety and alcohol service regulations Qualifications:Prior serving experience in a fast-paced, full-service or fine-dining restaurant preferred Strong communication and multitasking skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Strong drive for hospitality Team-oriented with a strong work ethic Knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine is a plus (but not required) Job Types:Full-time, Part-time Pay:$4.93 - $5.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
