Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Recommend menu items and upsell specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Manage cash handling, billing, and cashiering responsibilities with precision Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate guest seating and wait times Foster positive guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations and order processing Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols within the food industry Culinary experience or background in food preparation is a plus Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Proven ability in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Experience working in high-volume settings with a focus on guest services and hospitality excellence Join us to deliver exceptional service that leaves a lasting impression!
