Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent guest service, ensuring that each patron feels welcomed and valued. Your ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment will be essential to your success in this role. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a warm welcome. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the OpenTable system. Serve food and drinks to guests while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Assist with bussing tables to ensure cleanliness and readiness for new guests. Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and culinary options. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance guest relations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and food safety compliance. Process payments accurately while demonstrating strong math skills. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Experience in the food industry, preferably in a server or similar role. Knowledge of food safety standards and practices. Excellent communication skills for effective guest interactions. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Proficiency in using restaurant management software such as OpenTable is a plus. Sales skills to promote menu items effectively and enhance the dining experience.
