Server – Fine Dining French Restaurant Bar Boheme Bar Boheme is seeking polished, hospitality-driven Servers to join our team. What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate understands that great service goes beyond taking orders — it’s about anticipating needs, mastering timing, guiding guests through the menu, and maintaining composure and professionalism in a high-standard environment. Responsibilities Deliver polished, attentive, and seamless fine dining service Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of French cuisine, ingredients, preparation methods, cocktails, wine, and daily specials Guide guests through the menu with confidence and enthusiasm Execute service steps with precision, professionalism, and consistency Maintain Michelin-level standards of table maintenance, pacing, and guest engagement Collaborate closely with kitchen and support staff to ensure flawless execution Uphold cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards throughout service Create a warm, welcoming, and hospitality-focused environment for every guest Qualifications Previous fine dining experience preferred Strong food, wine, and cocktail knowledge Ability to memorize and communicate detailed menu information Professional appearance and demeanor Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment Passion for hospitality and guest experience Position Requirements At least 3-year experience in a bar/restaurant/lounge environment Must be 21 or older Must have, or be able to obtain before hire, TAM card, Food handlers Card and Pour Card for bartenders.
