The menu will offer refreshing takes on classic American grill fare, with fresh seafood and prime meats butchered in-house daily, as well as classic cocktails and an extensive yet approachable wine program. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming guests and taking orders accurately. Utilize POS systems, such as Aloha or Micros, to process transactions efficiently. Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met during food handling and service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation. Manage tables and assist with bussing to maintain a clean dining environment. Demonstrate fine dining etiquette and knowledge of menu items to enhance guest experience.
