Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and guide them through the dining experience with enthusiasm and professionalism Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and foster positive relationships to encourage repeat visits Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to support smooth restaurant operations Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations and order management Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to multitask effectively with strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment Culinary experience or background in food handling, food safety, and sanitation practices Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and engaging with guests Basic math skills for accurate check processing, cash handling, and upselling techniques Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding service!
