Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our vibrant restaurant team. As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through friendly service, expert food and beverage knowledge, and efficient order management. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using TOAST POS Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and foster positive guest relations to encourage repeat visits Maintain cleanliness of tables, assist with bussing, and ensure food safety standards are upheld in all food handling and sanitation practices Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with Toast & OpenTable is highly desirable Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Experience in upselling beverages or menu items to maximize sales opportunities Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during busy periods Background in guest services or host/hostess roles is a plus for providing seamless guest experiences Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations are essential Join us if you’re passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality in a dynamic environment!
