Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Ensure food safety and sanitation protocols are strictly followed during food handling and service Assist with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and supporting kitchen staff when needed Build strong guest relations through personalized service, addressing questions or concerns promptly Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately at the end of each shift Qualifications Previous restaurant experience in food service or hospitality is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is a plus Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment with good time management skills Experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is advantageous Basic math skills for cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Knowledge of food industry standards including food preparation, serving, and guest relations Culinary experience or kitchen background is beneficial but not required Embark on a rewarding journey where your passion for hospitality meets your desire to create unforgettable guest experiences.
