Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of our exceptional dining experience! Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct entry Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards Manage multiple tables with excellent time management skills to ensure timely service Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to support smooth operations Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating arrangements and optimize guest flow Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving concerns professionally Support team members with host/hostess duties or other restaurant tasks as needed Qualifications Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs or upscale restaurants Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations management Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience and sales performance Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus for understanding food preparation and safety standards Effective time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations in the food industry Experience in bussing tables, serving guests, or working as a host/hostess preferred Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and bill splitting purposes Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments while maintaining professionalism Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences!
