The servers at Lola are responsible for setting / closing up of the restaurant, extensive knowledge of the menus, polished service of guests, sidework, and warm hospitality to both guests and team alike. One of the main things we ask of you is to remain open at all times to training. Once you are officially on the floor as a server there will still be small details needing to be addressed. We strive to keep open communication and keep progressing as a team.
