ABOUT LUCKY 13 SALT LAKE CITY Lucky 13 opened in Salt Lake City in 2009 and has built a reputation as one of Utah's most recognized and award-winning bars. Over the years, we have received multiple "Best Burger" awards and have been recognized by numerous local and national publications. From the Fungus Amongus Burger to the Nut Butter Burger with house-smoked bacon and peanut butter, our food has become legendary - but our success is built equally on hospitality and service. We believe guests return not only because of the food and drinks, but because of the people delivering the experience. WHAT THIS POSITION REALLY IS This is not an entry-level serving position. We are a high-volume bar that moves fast, stays busy, and demands consistency, professionalism, urgency, and strong communication. Our servers are expected to: Control their section confidently Maintain composure under pressure Anticipate guest needs Work as part of a team Deliver knowledgeable, polished hospitality Handle volume without sacrificing service quality The right person for this role is charismatic, sharp, organized, self-aware, and genuinely enjoys hospitality.
