Attention Servers! Mister Oso in the RiNo neighborhood is looking to add a fun server to the team! Mister Oso is RiNo's go-to hot spot for Latin cuisine. We offer a tasty and fun menu along with a funky vibe to our patrons and would love to set up interviews with qualified candidates. Weekend availability a must! PURPOSE Servers are responsible for providing excellent hospitality to all guests through the service of food, drinks, menu knowledge, and experience within the standards of our restaurant/bar. Servers are expected to act in the best interest of the team and guests while performing their assigned duties, staying guest focused, and providing an excellent guest experience. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Greets guests as they are seated at the table while providing excellent service to address their needs in a timely fashion. Guide guests through the menu providing exceptional knowledge of beverage and food menu items and presenting the daily specials, if applicable. Answers questions regarding the menu and make suggestions that might appeal to them. Provide guests with product details, such as farms/farmers, products used, or preparation descriptions. Enters all food and beverage orders into the point-of-sale (POS) system. Ensures that customers are of legal drinking age by checking photo IDs.
