What You’ll Do Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional attitude Take orders accurately and provide menu guidance as needed Deliver food and beverages promptly and maintain table service throughout the meal Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and fully stocked with water, utensils, and condiments Handle guest concerns with care and communicate feedback to the manager Keep service and prep stations clean, organized, and fully supplied Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations Maintain professional appearance and uphold the restaurant’s service standards What We’re Looking For Previous experience in food & beverage or hospitality preferred Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of Chinese is a plus) Energetic, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude Must be authorized to work in the United States Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends Compensation & Benefits $12/hour base wage + tips (employees are guaranteed to earn at least the NYC minimum wage of $17/hour with tips included) Staff meal provided during shifts Opportunities for career growth in a dynamic team Supportive and respectful work environment Equal Opportunity Statement GANHOO BBQ is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
