The ideal candidate for this role will possess: Strong knowledge of Food and Beverage service, including wines, beers, spirits, cocktails, hot and non-alcoholic beverages, cuisines, and pairings, with a focus on enhancing the overall dining experience. A minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience as a Food and Beverage Server. Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English at a level required for the workplace, is required. The ability to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends and holidays. Shift Pattern: Full-Time Shifts: Evening Shifts Hourly Rate: $17.75 plus tips and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location. As a Food Server, you would be responsible for serving food and/or beverages to guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times 2 years of cocktail or food server Experience What are we looking for?
