Title: Server - OSO on Paseo/Flamingo TIKI Summary: Our bright and friendly boutique taqueria is seeking individuals with memorable personalities who are skilled in creating positive experiences through exceptional customer service in a high volume restaurant. Our Servers are responsible for knowledgeable communication of our offerings to our Guests and creating return engagement by creating a relaxing immersive dining experience. Responsibilities: Manages the all steps of the Guest Experience including explanation of offerings, accurate order taking, prompt delivery, and sanitation. Uses emotional maturity to read Guests and preemptively meet their needs while using their curiosity to engage Guests and incentivize return engagement. Maintain an active ABLE license and ACE certification. Retain and recall OSO’s food and beverage program and be able to suggestively sell paired items to our Guests. Essential Physical Requirements: Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and carry for 6 hours or more. Hazards include, but are not limited to, cuts, slipping, tripping, falls and burns. Frequent hand washing. Must be of legal age according to State regulations to serve alcohol. Skills: High School Diploma/GED. Flexible schedule that can accommodate OSO Paseo’s high volume days (Tuesday, Thursday-Sunday). One (1) year of hospitality experience in a high volume setting. Ability to work for 6+ hours on your feet at a time. Advanced multi-tasking, prioritization, and time-management skills. Genuine love for people and meeting the needs of others. Ability to do whatever the team needs to be successful. Clear and pleasant communication style.
