Job Summary We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and professional Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment, ensuring food and beverage service meets high standards of quality and hospitality. Experience with POS systems and a strong background in food service or fine dining will be highly valued. Duties Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, offering recommendations and upselling where appropriate Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards are upheld throughout service Assist with setting up tables, bussing, and maintaining cleanliness of dining areas during shifts Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities accurately at the end of each shift Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues promptly Provide guest relations by addressing questions, special requests, or concerns professionally and courteously Support team members during busy periods and contribute to a positive work environment Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work flexible hours including nights; previous host/host or bussing experience is advantageous Strong communication skills and a professional appearance Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail This position offers an engaging work environment where hospitality expertise is valued.
