Server Position - Join Our Family-Owned Restaurant! We’re a welcoming, family-operated restaurant looking to add a dependable and positive server to our team! If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and working with people, we’d love to meet you. Pay Base pay starts at $4/hour Servers typically earn $70-$200 per shift (based on recent part-time averages) Keep 100% of your tips - take them home daily One complimentary meal provided each shift Scheduling We’re currently seeking someone available to work a mix of full day shifts along with some half shifts. Shift options include Lunch: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM Dinner: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM Full Day: 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM We offer consistent weekly scheduling and are happy to work around your availability when possible! Responsibilities Set up the restaurant for service (opening duties) Close out registers and assist with end-of-day tasks Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner Take orders and deliver food and drinks Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages Process payments and handle cash/transactions Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas Assist with shared closing tasks (restocking, cleaning, etc.) What We’re Looking For Must be 21+ (due to alcohol service responsibilities) Reliable, team-oriented, and customer-friendly Comfortable in a busy, fast-paced setting Previous serving experience is a plus, but not required Dress Code We keep things casual and comfortable! Just avoid: Shorts Sleeveless tops Slippers Hiring Process We like to keep things simple, no formal interviews! The owner prefers a hands on approach. Qualified applicants will be invited to come in for a trial shift so you can get a feel for the role and team.
