We’re Hiring: Server (Part-Time) at Tetsumen – Hilo Tetsumen is looking for a friendly, dependable server to join our team. If you love Japanese food and can work efficiently in a fast-paced setting, this might be the perfect fit! Pay & Perks: Starting at $16.00/hour + tips ($9–$20/hr depends on season/day; performance-based raises) One staff meal per shift Employee Discount Paid training Schedule: Part-time: 2-3 days per week (Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday night 6pm-Last regularly). What You’ll Do: Provide great customer service: greet, take orders, serve, and bus tables Operate the POS system accurately (dine-in and takeout) Handle cash and process payments Keep the dining area clean and welcoming Opening and Closing tasks Dishwashing What We're Looking For: +4 years of experience handling money (register, counting cash, etc.) +4 years of Customer service experience. Must have a valid driver’s license and your own vehicle. High school diploma or GED, non-students are preferred. Punctual and clear communicator. Friendly, responsible, and committed to professional service. Passion for Japanese food and culture.
