Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining proper sanitation and food safety standards Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure a welcoming environment Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating arrangements and manage waitlists effectively Build positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a memorable experience Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is a plus Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to manage time efficiently during high-volume shifts while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations Experience with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and order calculations Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment requiring multitasking and teamwork Culinary or kitchen experience is advantageous but not required; a passion for food industry standards is essential Join us if you’re passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic setting!
