Job Overview We are seeking a EXPERIENCED Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will have EXPERIENCED in fine dining or food service and possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, ensuring all requests are communicated to the kitchen staff. Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety and handling. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximize sales opportunities. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain a smooth workflow. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Experience Previous experience in fine dining or upscale food service is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems; experience with OpenTable is a plus. Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety protocols. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
