Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while managing openTable reservations for optimal seating flow Maintain food safety standards by following sanitation protocols and proper food handling procedures Assist with bussing tables, resetting stations, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub experience Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; knowledge of OpenTable is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations gracefully Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and order calculations Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices in the food industry Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required Previous experience in serving, host/hostess roles, or food preparation is advantageous Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences!
