Description The Server provides prompt, courteous service of all beverages and food for guests. Interact with and serve guests food, beverages and wine in a professional and friendly manner, working as a team to ensure guest satisfaction. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Stock side station with juices, tea, ice and waters. Set-up workstation tables with china, glass, silver, condiments, flowers and napkins. Greet guests, introduce menu or buffet layout and describe special items. Offer beverages after greeting guests. Answer questions regarding style, presentation, quality and price of all food and beverages. Take the guests' food and drink orders. Open bottle and pour wine, refilling glasses for wine, water and other beverages as needed. Observe guests' progress and respond in a timely way to their needs.
