Duties Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with enthusiasm and professionalism Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met during food handling and service Assist with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and supporting kitchen staff as needed Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations Foster positive guest relations through attentive service, prompt responses to inquiries, and personalized touches Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for order processing and billing Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests quickly and professionally Culinary experience or background in food preparation enhances your ability to answer guest questions confidently Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items tactfully to maximize sales opportunities without pressuring guests Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Previous host/hostess or bussing experience is a plus for creating a seamless dining flow Join us if you’re passionate about hospitality, thrive in energetic environments, and want to make every guest’s visit unforgettable!
