The Barn Steakhouse – Highland Park, IL Part-Time / Full-Time The Barn Steakhouse is looking for experienced, hospitality-driven servers to join our opening team in Highland Park. We are a chef-driven steakhouse focused on polished service, strong food and beverage knowledge, and creating a warm, energetic dining experience for every guest. We are seeking professionals who are passionate about hospitality, work well in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering great service as part of a team. Responsibilities Provide attentive, polished, and knowledgeable service Guide guests through food, wine, cocktail, and steak selections Maintain strong understanding of menu items and daily features Work closely with support staff, bartenders, and kitchen team Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout service Follow steps of service and restaurant standards consistently Handle high-volume dinner service while maintaining composure and hospitality Qualifications Previous restaurant serving experience required Fine dining or upscale casual experience preferred Wine and cocktail knowledge is a plus Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Weekend and evening availability required Positive attitude and professional appearance What We Offer Competitive earnings Growth opportunities within the company Team-oriented environment High-quality food and beverage program Opportunity to be part of a growing restaurant group If interested, please send your resume and availability.
