Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct entry Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards for fine dining or casual settings Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering duties, including cash handling and basic math calculations Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting stations, and assisting with food handling and preparation when needed Experience 1+ YEAR SERVING EXPERIENCE Previous restaurant experience in food service or hospitality environments is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Experience in fine dining settings or nightclubs enhances your ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences Strong time management skills to efficiently serve multiple tables during busy hours Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items through effective sales techniques like OpenTable reservations or suggestive selling Excellent guest services skills with a focus on building positive relationships and providing memorable experiences Join us if you’re passionate about delivering top-tier service in a fast-paced environment!
