Duties Greet guests warmly, provide menus, and answer questions about food, beverages, and specials with enthusiasm Take accurate food and drink orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and beverage options to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage guest needs throughout their visit, including bussing tables, refilling drinks, and addressing concerns promptly Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering systems; process payments and give correct change Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations and restaurant policies Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for reservations management Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while multitasking seamlessly Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential Join us if you’re passionate about delivering top-tier guest experiences!
