Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS systems and relay orders efficiently to kitchen staff Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and ensuring proper food handling procedures Assist with bussing tables, cleaning dining areas, and maintaining sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including processing payments via POS systems Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns quickly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast, or similar platforms is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards required for safe food handling and preparation Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, billing, and inventory purposes Experience with food industry tools like OpenTable for reservations or upselling techniques is advantageous Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed in a fast-paced environment Join us if you’re passionate about hospitality, eager to develop your serving skills, and ready to deliver memorable experiences that keep guests coming back!
