Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation Manage guest needs by checking on tables regularly, handling requests efficiently, and resolving any issues promptly Assist with food handling, food preparation support, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Support host/hostess responsibilities when needed by managing reservations and seating arrangements efficiently Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is a plus Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining a positive attitude Experience in upselling techniques and sales-driven environments enhances performance Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and order accuracy are essential Join us to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment where your energy makes a difference!
