Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus confidently, and provide detailed descriptions of menu items to enhance their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and efficient service Upsell menu items and specials to increase sales while maintaining genuine guest engagement Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper food handling and sanitation standards are met at all times Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring complete satisfaction Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to support smooth restaurant operations Utilize reservation systems like OpenTable to manage seating arrangements and optimize guest flow during busy hours Skills Proven experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is a plus Strong culinary knowledge and food industry experience, including food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates welcoming atmospheres in both fine dining and nightclub settings Effective time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining guest satisfaction Previous experience in food service roles such as host/hostess or server in restaurant or hospitality environments Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and accurate order processing Join us if you’re passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences!
