Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced, fine dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests receive the highest level of service throughout their visit. Duties Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring accuracy in orders. Manage the dining area by maintaining cleanliness and organization, including bussing tables. Handle POS transactions efficiently and accurately. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Assist in food handling and preparation as needed to support kitchen operations. Uphold the standards of fine dining service while adhering to health and safety regulations. Requirements Previous experience in a server role within the food industry is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is advantageous. Proficiency in operating POS systems for order processing. Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure safety and quality standards are met. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
