Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests.As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that patrons have a memorable dining experience by delivering high-quality food and beverage service in a timely manner.Duties Greet and seat guests, presenting menus and providing information about specials and menu items.Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring all requests are communicated effectively to the kitchen staff.Serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining attention to detail in presentation and accuracy.Handle cash register transactions, including processing payments and managing cash handling procedures.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service operations.Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all patrons.Manage time effectively during busy shifts to prioritize tasks efficiently.Skills Strong knowledge of hospitality principles, with experience in fine dining or nightclub environments preferred.Proficient in basic math skills for handling cash register transactions accurately.Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours.Familiarity with food handling practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with guests and team members.Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting.Previous experience in food service is highly desirable, but we are willing to train motivated candidates who demonstrate a willingness to learn.Join our team as a Server where your passion for hospitality can shine!
