Server/Waiter

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering food and beverages promptly, maintaining cleanliness, and providing attentive service. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take food and drink orders accurately using the POS system Prepare and serve food items while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils after each use. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring all items meet quality standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to enhance their experience. Uphold the standards of hospitality in a nightclub setting, ensuring guests feel valued and attended to. Qualifications Previous experience as a Server or in a similar role is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices is essential. Familiarity with cash handling procedures is necessary for this position. Experience with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to hospitality and service excellence.
