Overview Join our vibrant waterfront restaurant and bar team as a Server, where you’ll be the face of an exceptional dining experience! As a Server, you will deliver outstanding guest service, ensure food and beverage excellence, and create memorable moments for every guest. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure food safety, proper food handling, and efficient service flow Use reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures and basic math skills Requirements Previous restaurant or food service experience, preferably in fine dining or waterfront settings Familiarity with Toast POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience in upselling, guest relations, and sales techniques to enhance guest experiences Basic math proficiency for cashiering and cash handling tasks Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a dynamic nightclub or restaurant environment Join us in delivering exceptional hospitality at one of the most scenic waterfront locations!
