OverviewJoin our dynamic hospitality team as a Servers Bar Support! In this lively role, you will be the backbone of our bar and dining service, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help create a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and cared for.Whether assisting bartenders, supporting servers, or maintaining cleanliness, your enthusiasm and dedication will be key to our success.This position offers a vibrant environment where teamwork, hospitality, and excellent service come together to make every guest's visit memorable.Responsibilities Support bartenders and servers by preparing garnishes, restocking supplies, and managing bar tools efficiently.Assist with food handling, food preparation, and bussing tables to maintain a clean and organized dining area.Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met through proper food handling and cleaning procedures.Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for accurate cash handling, order entry, and billing processes.Provide exceptional guest services by answering questions about menu items, recommending specials, and upselling beverages or food items to enhance sales.Manage guest relations with a friendly attitude, ensuring all patrons feel welcomed and attended to throughout their visit.Support night club operations when applicable by assisting with seating arrangements through OpenTable or similar reservation platforms.Maintain a high level of professionalism in food service, adhering to sanitation guidelines and safety protocols at all times.Experience Previous restaurant experience in food service or hospitality environments is highly preferred.Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous.Experience in fine dining settings or nightclubs enhances your ability to deliver top-tier guest experiences.Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations is essential.Strong time management skills combined with the ability to multitask efficiently during busy hours.Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and upselling techniques.Background in serving, bussing, host/hostess roles or food industry roles provides valuable insight into restaurant operations.Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality!
