Minimum Qualifications Must fully understand the sales process involved with advising service customers about how to repair and maintain their cars properly Must be computer savvy, including fluency with Reynolds and Reynolds or ADP, basic Microsoft Office knowledge, internet proficiency, and familiarity with state-of-the-art automotive computer software (such as MPI, manufacturer's websites, etc.); Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a huge plus.
