What You’ll Do Greet customers promptly and professionally, creating a positive first impression in the service drive Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately identify service needs Serve as the main point of communication between the customer and technician throughout the repair process Write clear, detailed repair orders and enter accurate information into the service system Verify warranty and service contract coverage and explain repair recommendations in a way customers can understand Build estimates by reviewing labor, parts, and repair needs with accuracy and transparency Communicate additional services or repairs based on technician inspection results Keep customers updated on repair progress, completion timing, expenses, and service recommendations Help ensure a smooth, effic
