Service Advisor / Service Writer - Powersports Dealership Hillview Motorsports - Latrobe, PAPay:$50,000 - $75,000 per yearJob Type:Full-timeSchedule:Tuesday - Friday 9 AM - 6 PM Saturday 9 AM - 3 PM Sunday & Monday off About Hillview Motorsports Hillview Motorsports is a high-volume powersports dealership representing Yamaha, Kawasaki, Polaris, Suzuki, and Indian Motorcycle.As we expand into a new 55,000square foot facility, we're growing our service department and looking for organized, customer-focused team members to help keep operations running smoothly.The Opportunity Our service advisors are the link between customers and technicians, helping diagnose concerns, schedule repairs, communicate updates, and ensure work is completed efficiently.The ideal candidate communicates clearly with customers and technicians, stays organized, and can manage multiple repair orders in a fast-paced service department.Responsibilities Schedule service appointments and handle customer inquiries Greet service customers and prepare repair orders in our dealer management system Provide repair and maintenance estimates Recommend and upsell additional services when appropriate Coordinate parts needed for repairs Communicate repair progress and updates to customers Review completed repairs and associated costs with customers Submit manufacturer warranty claims for authorization and payment Assist with resolving minor customer concerns Skills / Qualifications Basic mechanical knowledge of motorcycles, ATVs, or UTVs Strong communication and customer service skills Computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership software Organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Valid PA driver's license (MC endorsement a plus) Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team Benefits Competitive pay ($50K - $75K) Signing bonus after 90 days 5-day work week with consecutive days off (Sunday & Monday) Paid holidays Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement 401(k) with employer match up to 4% Annual holiday bonus Employee discounts on vehicles, parts, accessories and service When applying, please include a brief note describing your experience working with customers and managing repair orders in a service department.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits:401(k) matching Employee discount Health insurance Shift:Day shift Work Location:In person.
