Our work environment includes Modern office setting Food provided Growth opportunities As a Service Writer, you will be responsible for supporting customers by engaging with them about vehicle, parts and service experiences. You will build relationships with your customers by listening to them and then using this information to influence their next visit. Responsibilities Diagnose vehicle malfunctions using the proper tools and procedures. Diagnose mechanical problems and make repairs on domestic and foreign vehicles. Diagnose and repair electrical and electronic systems on automobiles. Inform customers of any required services. Resolve customer complaints in person or over the phone. Explain repair procedures to customers in layman's terms. Work with co-workers to schedule repair appointments.
