Senior Automotive Service Advisor $75K–$130K Potential | European & Import Specialist | San Antonio High-performing Automotive Service Advisor wanted. We are an established European, Asian, and Domestic auto repair facility averaging: 85+ cars per week $1,350 average repair order High diagnostic and major repair volume We are hiring a Senior Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer capable of managing a $30k+ weekly desk. This is a production role for experienced advisors only. Responsibilities Manage 20–25 active repair orders Present diagnostics and major repair recommendations Maintain strong gross profit awareness Coordinate parts and workflow with technicians Follow up on declined work Protect technician efficiency Must source your own parts Must write your own estimates using industry knowledge, alldata and technician reccomendations Requirements 3+ years as an Automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer Proven weekly sales production Strong understanding of automotive systems and diagnostics Experience in European or high-ARO environments preferred Organized, calm, and accountable Applicants must provide recent average weekly sales. Compensation $65,000 base salary 0.5%–1% Gross Profit commission Six-figure income potential No nights Alternating Saturdays Paid time off This role is built for advisors who already produce and want a strong technician team, real volume, and income tied to performance.
