Our commitment to customer satisfaction through precision, quality, and reliability drives our success. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bountiful, UT. The Service and Sales Specialist will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing chromatography instruments, offering technical support, and assisting clients with instrument operations. Additionally, the Specialist will manage the sale of refurbished instruments and parts, fostering relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent customer service at all levels. Qualifications Technical skills in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing Gas Chromatography (GC), Liquid Chromatography (LC), and Ion Chromatography (IC) instruments Experience in working with various manufacturers and multi-vendor systems, including GC/MS and LC/MS Sales skills, including identifying customer needs, promoting refurbished instruments, and negotiating deals Customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing technical support requests and sales processes Technical or engineering background in chromatography technologies is highly desirable Willingness to work on-site in Bountiful, UT, and collaborate effectively within a team-driven environment
