Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and professionally, assisting them with scheduling service appointments via phone, email, or in person Accurately input appointment details into the dealership’s scheduling system, coordinating with service advisors Keep detailed records of all appointments, customer interactions, and follow-up actions to ensure seamless workflow Requirements Previous experience in a dealership environment or auto service management is highly preferred Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally Answer all Internet Leads pertaining to service appointment request and questions with the goal of setting Service appointments for the service department.
