Responsibilities Respond promptly to inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries with clarity and professionalism Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote services and schedule appointments Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including data entry into our systems(X-time) Provide excellent customer support by listening actively, understanding client needs, and offering appropriate solutions Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and gather feedback on services received Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and communication skills to foster trust and rapport Collaborate with team members to improve call processes and enhance overall client satisfaction Requirements Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client bases effectively Previous call center experience or customer support roles is preferred but not mandatory Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping Demonstrated ability to handle outbound calling campaigns with confidence and professionalism Good analysis skills to assess customer needs quickly and offer suitable solutions Ability to maintain a positive attitude, demonstrate patience, and exhibit strong phone etiquette throughout interactions Join us as a Service BDC Call Center Agent where your enthusiasm fuels our success!
