Greet customers promptly and provide an exceptional service experience Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues Recommend maintenance and repair services based on customer needs Communicate clearly with technicians and customers throughout the repair process Upsell recommended services, maintenance packages, and accessories Provide accurate estimates and timelines Ensure customer satisfaction from check-in to vehicle delivery Build long-term customer relationships that drive repeat business Maintain knowledge of manufacturer programs, warranties, and service specials What We’re Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills Sales ability with confidence recommending services and products Positive attitude and professional appearance Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment Strong organizational and computer skills Team-oriented mindset Previous automotive service advisor experience is preferred, but not required Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Why Join Us?
