Service Coordinator

We are seeking a part-time Service Coordinator to work 4 hours every other week at a family apartmentin Canton. (8 hours a month total.) A Service Coordinator links residents with area services and provides general case management. The Service Coordinator will work with residents to connect them to services and resources.
