Security Tech has an immediate opening for a Service/Install Coordinator.Security Tech is a rapidly growing family-owned company that emphasizes small business values with large growth goals.We are dedicated to providing excellent customer service and the latest in award-winning security technology for Maui.Promotion and growth opportunities are also available.Security Tech offers a competitive compensation package including Medical, Dental, 401K, and Vision Benefits.Promotion and growth opportunities are available.We also have branches in California, Colorado, Oregon, Arizona, and Washington.Responsibilities:Provide our customers with excellent customer service.Schedule appointments for repairs and system upgradesCommunicate any schedule changes or time constraints to customersDispatch service calls and assign service requests to appropriate techniciansManage and assign Service Technicians daily workloadPrepare daily routing schedules for techniciansCreate service ticketsEnsure adequate supplies/equipment provided for each service callAnswer incoming service related callsCommunicate technical information to non-technical audienceOther tasks and duties may be assigned as needed.Qualifications:Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and OutlookAbility to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.Must pass criminal background check and drug screening.Excellent customer service, communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.Have you been looking to be a part of a great Maui company that supports its employees with advancement training and opportunities for successful careers?
