Job Description
Description: Onsite in New York, NY Our client seeks a Service Desk professional to provide first level support for employees at the NYC headquarters tech bar and remote users. The role will handle ticket triage, device support, and AV/conference room setup while documenting resolutions. The position requires strong macOS support capabilities, basic Windows familiarity, and comfort assisting with live events and evening game coverage as needed. Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. Rate: $28.00 to $32.00/hr. w2 JN -43 Responsibilities: Provide first level technical support to internal employees both onsite and remote. Manage and respond to support tickets across the NYC office, including password resets, software installs, updates, and basic remote troubleshooting. Assist with conference room and AV setup and troubleshooting. Support town halls and other onsite events as needed. Troubleshoot and maintain printers and peripherals. Assist with asset management, including setup, tracking, and end of life processes. Help with basic network troubleshooting such as Wi-Fi connectivity and device access. Escalate more complex issues to senior team members when needed. Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system. Experience Requirements: Experience supporting Apple hardware and macOS. Basic knowledge of Windows environments (preferred). Familiarity with ticketing systems (preferred). Interest in AV systems and live production support.
