Join our dynamic team as a Solar Service Technician Dispatcher and play a vital role in keeping our field operations running smoothly.Position Overview:As the Solar Service Dispatcher, you'll be the central point of communication between our customers, field technicians, and service managers.You'll coordinate daily schedules, assign work orders, monitor job progress, and ensure timely and efficient responses to service needs.Responsibilities:Dispatch and coordinate solar service technicians across multiple locations Prioritize and schedule service calls based on urgency, location, and availability Maintain clear communication with customers and field staff Track job status, update systems, and ensure service tickets are completed Monitor technician productivity and help optimize routes and scheduling Support service team with administrative tasks and customer service follow-up Requirements:Previous dispatch, scheduling, or coordinator experience (preferred in field services or solar industry) Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication, both written and verbal Tech-savvy - comfortable with CRM or dispatching software and spreadsheets High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or higher preferred) Customer Service Experience (Preferred) Pay:$45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year Benefits:Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
